Kisanmall (accessible at www.kisanmall.shop) is an upcoming agricultural marketplace platform owned and operated by Sri Kheeron Agriculture Producer Company Limited — a Farmer Producer Organisation (FPO) incorporated on 22 September 2023 under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We are building India's first pure agricultural marketplace that connects farmers (Kisan), local shop owners, delivery partners, tractor owners, and rural consumers directly — eliminating middlemen and ensuring fair prices for both producers and buyers.

Our platform is scheduled for public launch on 24 June 2026. It will enable verified farmers to list fresh produce, packaged goods, and dairy products with category-based auto-expiry, while providing consumers a transparent, traceable, and trustworthy buying experience in Hindi-first interface.

  • KYC data (for vendors/drivers): Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account details, address proof
  • Transaction data: Order history, payment records, delivery addresses
  • Device data: IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system
  • Location data: GPS coordinates (only with your consent, for delivery purposes)
  • Communication data: WhatsApp messages, support tickets, feedback

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing of Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Payment gateway (Cashfree Payments), SMS provider (MSG91), WhatsApp Business (AiSensy), cloud hosting (Firebase/Google Cloud)
  • Other users (limited): First name and approximate location shown to vendors/drivers/customers during transactions
  • Legal authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
  • Business transfers: In case of merger or acquisition (with prior notice)

We DO NOT sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure cloud storage (Google Firebase), two-factor authentication, and restricted access controls. KYC documents are stored encrypted and accessible only to authorised personnel for verification purposes.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kisanmall platform (www.kisanmall.shop and Kisanmall mobile app) operated by Sri Kheeron Agriculture Producer Company Limited (CIN: U01111UP2023PTC189702), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with registered office at Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Company", "we", "us").

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be a resident of India
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. Nature of Service

Kisanmall is a pure marketplace that facilitates transactions between farmers (Kisan), shop owners (Dukaan-daar), tractor owners, delivery partners, and consumers (Grahak). We are not a seller of products listed on the Platform; we are an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. User Accounts

  • Account creation requires mobile number verification via OTP
  • Vendors and drivers must complete KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, bank verification)
  • One person may hold only one account per role
  • You are responsible for all activities on your account

4. Vendor Obligations

  • List only genuine products with accurate descriptions, photos, and prices
  • Comply with FSSAI, weights & measures, and applicable laws
  • Honour confirmed orders within agreed timelines
  • Maintain valid tax registration (GST where applicable)
  • Auto-expiry rules apply by category (e.g., vegetables 24 hrs, grains 30 days)

5. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Make payment as per chosen payment method
  • Be available to receive deliveries at agreed time
  • Inspect goods at delivery and raise issues within stipulated time

6. Payments

Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd., a RBI-licensed payment aggregator. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Kisanmall charges 8% commission on each successful order
  • Payment gateway charges (1.75% + GST) are deducted from vendor payouts
  • Vendor payouts are settled on a T+1 basis to verified bank accounts

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • List prohibited items (alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods)
  • Engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or manipulation of reviews/ratings
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt unauthorised access
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including Kisanmall™ trademark, logo, design, and all content, is the property of Sri Kheeron Agriculture Producer Company Limited. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the commission earned by us on the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon legal/regulatory requirement. Security deposits may be forfeited as per applicable policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions on the Kisanmall platform operated by Sri Kheeron Agriculture Producer Company Limited (CIN: U01111UP2023PTC189702).

1. Order Cancellation

By Customer:

  • Before vendor acceptance: Full refund, no charges
  • After vendor acceptance, before pickup: Full refund minus ₹10 processing fee
  • After driver pickup: Cancellation not allowed; refund only if issue at delivery

By Vendor:

  • If vendor cannot fulfil an accepted order, customer receives full refund
  • Repeated cancellations by vendor may result in account suspension

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer not available at delivery (after 2 attempts)
  • Customer-provided wrong address (after dispatch)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling post-delivery
  • Onboarding fees for vendors/drivers (non-refundable)

Security deposits paid by vendors/drivers ARE refundable on account closure, subject to deductions for complaints.

4. Refund Process

  1. Raise a refund request via app: Order Details → "Issue with order"
  2. Upload photo proof and brief description
  3. Our team reviews within 24 hours (auto-approved for clear cases under ₹500)
  4. Approved refunds are processed as per the table below

6. Dispute Resolution

Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Kisanmall (operated by Sri Kheeron Agriculture Producer Company Limited, CIN: U01111UP2023PTC189702) are fulfilled and delivered.

1. Service Area

At launch (24 June 2026), Kisanmall delivery services will be available in Sikandarabad block, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, with planned expansion to neighbouring districts and states. Service availability is verified at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

3. Delivery Process

  1. Place order via Kisanmall app/website
  2. Vendor accepts the order (within 60 seconds)
  3. Vendor prepares the order; auto-assigned to nearest available driver
  4. Driver picks up using a 4-digit verification OTP
  5. Driver delivers to your address using GPS navigation
  6. Customer shares OTP to confirm delivery; driver uploads photo proof

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track its real-time status in the app: Pending → Accepted → Prepared → Picked → Out for Delivery → Delivered. You will also receive WhatsApp updates at each stage.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Driver will attempt delivery once at the address provided
  • If customer is unavailable, driver will call the contact number
  • If no response within 15 minutes, order is marked as "Failed Delivery"
  • Re-delivery is subject to driver availability and may incur additional charges

6. Special Categories

  • Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, dairy): Delivered within 24 hours of listing for quality
  • Heavy/bulk items (> 50 kg): Delivered via tractor, separate booking flow
  • Packaged goods: Standard delivery timelines apply

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for orders up to ₹5,000
  • Driver collects exact cash; please keep change ready
  • Order can be inspected before paying

8. Damaged or Wrong Delivery

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please:

  • Refuse delivery and inform the driver immediately, OR
  • Accept delivery and raise an issue in the app within 1 hour with photo proof

9. Delivery During Adverse Conditions

Delivery may be paused or delayed during heavy rain, floods, festivals, or other situations affecting safety. Affected orders will be communicated via WhatsApp/app notifications.
